Nurture PNW Care Services proudly provides Community Engagement Services throughout Snohomish County, WA. Our goal is to help individuals with developmental disabilities build confidence, increase independence, develop meaningful relationships, and actively participate in their communities.

Supporting Community Inclusion Throughout Snohomish County

Community Engagement is more than simply attending activities. It is about creating opportunities for individuals to explore interests, learn new skills, strengthen social connections, and become active members of their local communities. Through person-centered support, we help each individual pursue goals that are meaningful to them while encouraging greater independence and self-determination.
Our team works closely with families, guardians, DDA case managers, Adult Family Homes (AFHs), and other support providers to ensure services align with each person’s unique goals and support needs.
