1:1 Support Services provide personalized assistance, focusing on individual needs, goals, wellbeing, independence, confidence, daily skills, and meaningful progress consistently.
Transportation Training helps individuals learn safe travel skills, public transport use, route planning, confidence building, and independent community mobility support.
Social & Recreational Support promotes enjoyable activities, social interaction, friendship building, emotional wellbeing, creativity, confidence, independence, and community participation opportunities.
Community Inclusion Activities encourage participation in social, cultural, recreational events, fostering belonging, interaction, confidence, friendships, independence, and active community engagement.
