Nurture PNW Care Services proudly provides Community Engagement Services throughout King County, WA. We help individuals with developmental disabilities build confidence, strengthen social connections, increase independence, and participate more fully in their communities.
Our person-centered approach focuses on helping individuals explore interests, develop life skills, engage in meaningful activities, and achieve personal goals. We believe every individual deserves opportunities to connect with others, participate in community life, and experience greater independence.
We work closely with families, guardians, DDA case managers, Adult Family Homes (AFHs), and support teams to provide services that align with each individual’s needs, interests, and long-term goals.
