Nurture PNW Care Services proudly provides Community Engagement Services throughout Skagit County, WA. We support individuals with developmental disabilities in building independence, developing social connections, increasing confidence, and participating actively within their communities.
Community Engagement helps individuals discover new opportunities, strengthen life skills, develop friendships, and become more involved in community life. Our person-centered approach focuses on each individual’s interests, abilities, and goals while creating meaningful experiences that encourage growth and independence.
We collaborate with families, guardians, DDA case managers, Adult Family Homes (AFHs), and support providers to ensure services align with each person’s unique needs and long-term goals.
